Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the Conference.
The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the Conference Secretariat nor the Organising Committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.
All tea breaks and lunches will be served amongst the exhibition. We recognise that some delegates may have special dietary requirements. Please advise the Conference Secretariat via the registration form or in writing should you require alternative arrangements be made on your behalf.
Please Note: Dietary requirements received less than 72 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. Kosher meals may be available, however please note this will be at an additional cost.
In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, Encanta Event Management and other parties directly related to the Conference. Visitors To The Gold Coast
All international delegates, apart from New Zealand citizens, must obtain a Visa or Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) before travelling to Australia. Please ensure you organise your documentation well in advance of travel.

Australia’s Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) is an electronically-stored authority for travel to Australia for a short-term tourist or business entry. ETAs are issued within seconds of being requested through computer links between the Australian Immigration Department, travel agents, airlines and specialist service providers around the world. Over 30 countries around the world have access to the free ETA system.
Meeting delegates from non-ETA countries will need to obtain a Business (short stay) visa, even if some tourism activities are planned for part of the stay in Australia. It is called a 456 visa if it is issued as a label into a passport. Alternatively, you may wish to use the Visa Finder to help determine which visa you require.

You’ll find all of Australia’s best known car rental companies located opposite the arrivals area at Gold Coast Airport. You can either book with your preferred company prior to your arrival, or shop around at the Terminal for the best deal
Undercover car spaces are available for short-term parking. A $12 inclusive of GST flat rate is charged for car parking at the centre.
The car park will be open 24hrs, 7 days a week, with some exceptions being when no events are in-house and on some public holidays. The GCCEC will close the car park at its discretion. Please check with the Centre for further details.
